Maze to Amaze

       We go through life and feel overtime we keep hitting the same walls. Never truly breaking through and feel we are ending up with the same result. Countless times we try to lose weight, a new hobby, aim for a relationship, or obtain a goal that seems to not be getting anywhere. There are also times when we see progress being made but hit yet another wall that stumps us.

       This life we are in is similar to a maze. Numerous times we feel life leads to the same dead ends. Continually hit wall after wall. Sometimes we feel we are making progress with our goals or battles, but we hit a wall again. Eventually, we are filled with frustration, anger, depression, and give up. Usually, the issues is we try too hard to rely on our own strength to get through our mazes. When we need to rely on God to get us through. Once you allow God to help. You will notice you had passed several walls that you kept running into too. Though, you might feel lost and lose hope on the way. You will see further progress being made.  

        Eventually, we all walk out of the dark maze to an open green meadow. We can see the sky and beautiful landscape that reaches for miles. That’s when we reflect how our lives transition from a maze to Amazed. We are amazed how we got through and it was all because of Him. Understand you will make progress, but God will get you all the way through because of his amazing grace. Grace is God’s limitless favor over us.

        Scripture says in 2 Corinthians 12:9 “Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.” In moments of weakness and frustration with your goals and struggles look to Him. The key is surrender your pride and hopelessness in those moments of wall hitting. You will truly be amazed what He can do through you when you allow Him to move. Life is meant to be amazing, so rely on God today and see how truly amazing it can be.
